Return Policy

Items in NEW CONDITION may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund less shipping cost. Only products in new condition will be accepted. NUTRIENTS cannot be returned.

Warranty Policy

If a system needs repair or replaced you must first contact us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Items must be repacked as they were shipped to you. MODIFYING THE LIGHTING SYSTEMS IN ANY WAY WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.

Shipping Policy

Standard UPS Ground Shipping. Alaska and Hawaii additional shipping cost or carrier may apply. Sorry, there are NO shipping discounts are available even if you choose to pick the light up directly from my store. UPS does not deliver to Post Office boxes, so please no P.O. box addresses. Item is shipped in plain brown box and is insured for it's total value. Return address on shipping label is: H.T.G.Supply
