Shipping Policy
Shipping is determined by the UPS SHIPPING CALCULATOR, so actual shipping and handling costs apply! This shipping cost is for shipping within the CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES and to the calculated Zip Code at the time of checkout only.
Alaska and Hawaii, additional shipping costs will incur. Shipping is done via UPS GROUND and item is insured for it's complete value. UPS does NOT deliver to Post Office boxes, so sorry but we CANNOT SHIP TO P.O. BOX ADDRESSES. Please provide street address if you do use a P.O. box.
We ship daily from Monday through Friday and shipment usually takes place within 24 hours of cleared payment if it falls between these days. Items are shipped in plain brown boxes and are insured for their total value. Return address on the shipping label is: HTGSupply. All online orders ship out of our original location in Pennsylvania.
PLEASE NOTE: Any order to be delivered to an address containing a unit, apartment, lot number, etc., will require a signature in order to complete delivery. This is the only means by which these shipments can be insured against loss or theft. This also applies to any transaction for a total amount of $250.00 or over and paid for by PayPal (per PayPal’s user agreement, section 11.4). If no one over the age of 18 will be available to sign for the package(s) during normal delivery hours, please call us at 1-866-710-GROW(4769) and we will be happy to arrange a Will Call pickup for your shipment at your local UPS customer service center.
If your item(s) are returned to us due to a failure to take delivery; the return will be processed according to our new product return policy (listed above). Any and all shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

At HTG Supply, we take pride in our lightening-fast processing and shipping. If you need to make any changes to your order; i.e., shipping address, holds, quantity, or to make an addition or deletion, you must contact us by calling us directly at 1-866-710-GROW(4769) Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST. Please note that emails will likely not reach us in time, and messages attached to PayPal payments are often not received (due to automatic payment attachment). Once an order has shipped, additional charges may apply if any changes
need to be made. Also, please not that any changes may delay processing of your order.
