Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to build brand awareness and affinity.
Digital content creation for product promotion campaigns, including development of marketing emails and social media campaigns.
Strong vendor management skills to maximize shared marketing resources.
Coordinate and plan event marketing such as tradeshows or in-store events.
Handle requests for marketing support from other departments and stores.
Build and optimize segmentation and content personalization strategies by leveraging user behavior/intent, activity data, industry, and demographics.
Establish KPIs and measurable targets. Analyze, report, and optimize performance targets. Develop updates and communication for internal stakeholders.
Proof and approve digital marketing copy, design, and content.
Bring your creativity, innovation and input to new projects and promotions.
Work directly with senior management to develop and achieve business plan objectives and marketing strategies that promote and protect the HTG Supply brand.
Lead the media design team in the execution of marketing planning, goals, and initiatives.
Manage and evaluate customer databases.
Identify target audiences, establish testing criteria, analyze results of strategies, and recommend enhancements and insights to evolve the marketing strategy.
Job Requirements
Creativity and excellent communication and writing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
Multi-task and prioritize responsibilities, with a high level of organization, and attention to detail.
Work independently on projects and meet deadlines.
Detail oriented with strong research, organization, and planning skills.
Experience using data to analyze content consumption patterns and adjust content strategy accordingly.
Storyteller with expert understanding of how to craft and evolve narratives.
Experience working with and structuring marketing contracts for online influencers.
Knowledge in setting up automated marketing communication.
Experience with analytical tools and demonstrated ability to dive deep into metrics to gain insights that improve performance.
An eye for graphic design, experience with content strategy, and technical email development.
Demonstrated proficiency in audience segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing
A willingness to learn new trends and platform changes that may impact HTG Supply and recognize the best fit for our brand and businesses.
Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
