Vendor Day Requests

Welcome to the HTG Supply Vendor Day Request page! HTG Supply Vendor Days provide an opportunity for our vendor partners to educate HTG Supply customers about the benefits of their products in-person at our retail locations. Interested vendors or store managers may submit requests to schedule events for a desired date and location by completing the form below. Please be sure to fill out all required information in order to submit the form and include as much detail as possible to assist in expediting your request.

Please Note: A separate request must be submitted for each event. Also, Vendor Days should be scheduled at least 30 days in advance to allow proper promotion. Please see our promotion timelines below for additional details.

Vendor Day Request Form

In order to allow the best timeline for promotion, requests should be submitted at least 30 days ahead of the desired date. This allows enough time to properly schedule promotional assets and helps to increase the visibility and potential audience size of your event. Requests submitted with less than 30 days notice will receive fewer promotional assets as outlined below.

1 Month (25+ Days)

  • Full-page flier
  • Half-page customer  takeaway
  • 2 social posts (week before / day before)
  • Facebook event (vendor co-host)
  • HTG TV slide
  • Instagram story post (highlighted for 1 week)
  • Email to store mailing list

3 Weeks (24-18 Days)

  • Full-page flier
  • Half-page customer  takeaway
  • 1 social post (day before)
  • Facebook event (vendor co-host)
  • HTG TV slide
  • Instagram story post (highlighted for 1 week)
  • Email to store mailing list

2 Weeks (17-12 Days)

  • Full-page flier
  • 1 social post (day before)
  • Facebook event (vendor co-host)
  • HTG TV slide
  • Instagram story post (highlighted for 1 week)

1 Week (11-7 Days)

Less than 1 Week 

  • No promotional assets
