Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

Eligible Purchases

This policy applies to online orders that are shipped.

For in-store purchases, please contact the original retail location to arrange a return.

14-Day Return Policy

We offer no-fee returns within 14 days of delivery to make sure you’re confident in your purchase.

Eligible Returns

  • Items must be new, unopened, and unused
  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • The return must be received within 10 business days of approval

Refund Details

  • Refunds include item purchase price only
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Restocking Fee

To help us maintain fair pricing for all customers:

  • A 20% restocking fee may apply if:
    • Items are not in new/unopened/unused condition, or
    • The return is requested after the 14-day window

Return Process (RMA Required)

To get started with a return:

  • Please contact us by phone or email to request an RMA
  • Returns must be authorized before being sent back
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to restocking fees

  • Hold onto your original packaging, including shipping boxes
  • Have your order number ready when you reach out

Damaged Shipments

We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives.

  • If anything was damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible
  • Carriers have strict claim deadlines, so quick notice helps us take care of it faster
  • We may ask for:
    • Photos of the item and packaging
    • A brief description of the damage

Resolution:

Damaged items are replaced (not refunded) once the carrier claim is processed.

Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package:

  • Contact us right away so we can start a claim
  • Carrier investigations typically take 8–10 business days
  • We’ll keep you updated throughout the process

Undeliverable Returns

If a package with a delivery address matching the provided order shipping address is returned to us as undeliverable:

  • We will attempt to contact you to arrange re-shipment
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts
  • If we’re unable to reach you to resolve the undeliverable shipment, the order will be refunded for the item total price (less original shipping cost)

Defective Items (Within 14 Days)

Please test your items when they arrive. If something isn’t working properly within 14 days:

  • We’ll cover the return shipping cost
  • A prepaid return label will be provided
  • Once received, we’ll send out a replacement item

Warranty Information

Lamps / Bulbs

  • Covered for 1 year from the date of purchase

  • Refer to product-specific information in the product listing details

  • Please keep damaged items and packaging until claims are resolved
