What documentation do I need to become a wholesaler?
A Resellers Tax Exempt form will be provided that you must complete.
What is our return policy and how to make a return or RMA?
If you have damaged equipment upon delivery, we ask that you take a photo of damage, and note on delivery BOL before signing for order when possible. Immediately contact your sales rep. In the case of equipment malfunction HTG sale rep will communicate with you the information we need to complete the RMA and we will handle the process for you after you provide the requested information. Any media bags with a hole larger than a half dollar is eligible for return where a picture of damage is provided.
Is there a minimum quantity and purchase amount to become a wholesaler?
There is no minimum quantity, and your sales rep can help you maximize your shipping dollars if you reach out to them.
Is there a shipping cost for my orders?
We will work with you to get the lowest shipping cost, HTG knows free shipping isn’t free, so we prefer to offer the lowest prices and quote shipping because it has proven to be less expensive for the customer.
Is there a difference in pricing for bulk orders?
Bulk orders maximize your shipping dollars, but we do not do bulk pricing, we don’t want our customers to feel pressured to purchase inventory they cannot sell.
How do I receive product samples and product swag?
Contact your sales rep and they will ship promo material as it becomes available.
What type of payments do we accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Affirm, Paypal, and ACH.
Will we drop ship to your customer?
Yes, we will drop ship to your customers, if you indicate to your rep that you don’t want a packing slip in the shipment, that can be arranged as well.
How often do we update our pricing and item catalog?
Our pricing is updated frequently as new products become available and to reflect price changes as we work to lower costs for our customers.
Is there anywhere HTG doesn’t ship too?
HTG Supply will ship anywhere in the US.
