Premier Pro-Mix BX is a premium general-purpose growing medium formulated to provide a balance of water retention and proper drainage. The specialized mycorrhizal fungus incorporated in Pro-Mix BX attaches to and colonizes the root systems where it assists plants with the uptake of water and nutrients. Combined with optimal moisture conditions created by the base materials of Pro-Mix BX, the symbiotic relationship between the plant and the mycorrhizae present in the root zone provides a boost to plant metabolism for accelerated growth and excellent yields.

Premier ProMix-BX potting soil is a solution for growers seeking to benefit from both the nutrient retention ability of vermiculite and a perlite content providing limited but proper drainage capacities. Combined with high-quality fibrous peat moss, this formulation is ideal for growers looking for a general-purpose medium that creates a well-balanced growing environment.
Please note: Premier ProMix-BX potting soil contains mycorrhizae fungi. This is a living organism and if left undisturbed long enough before use, will grow and the medium may appear to be moldy! This is completely normal and is actually a good sign that the fungi is still active.
